Michael Famoroti is the Chief Economist and Head of the Stears Data team. He is an Economist who spent the last few years researching the Nigerian economy and identifying data gaps in the market as the Chief Economist at Vetiva Capital, a leading Investment Bank in Nigeria. Michael is the author of numerous industry and sector reports on the Nigerian economy.

Abdul Z. Abdulrahim, COO

Abdul Abdulrahim heads our data analytics, data aggregation and digital rights projects. He is a Data Scientist and trained Lawyer who has worked as an Advisor on data and digital rights to the UK Parliament and Consultant to the World Bank Group in Abuja where he led the DFID project on mapping small to medium-sized businesses in Northern Nigeria.

Ugonna Iheme, Advisory Lead

Ugonna Iheme is the Advisory Lead at Stears Data. She has experience consulting for clients in the public and private sectors. Her experience with the private sector ranges from transaction level advisory projects to industry level advocacy engagements. She has also worked with various public sector organizations to identify and bridge operational and strategic gaps.

Abieyuwa Obaseki, Senior Innovation Associate

Abieyuwa Obaseki is a Senior Innovation Associate in our Stears Data Advisory team. She is a Strategy Consultant who has advised clients across different sectors including Banking, Telecoms and Consumer Goods. She is also a Project Manager who has deployed various Infrastructure and Data Management Projects for UK government agencies.

Nnamdi Ifechi-Fred, Senior Innovation Associate

Nnamdi Ifechi-Fred is a Senior Innovation Associate in the Stears Data Advisory team. He has degrees in Economics and has experience working as a consultant providing advisory services to International Development and Government Agencies in Nigeria. He has supported several key transformation and development projects targeted at improving economic outcomes in Nigeria.

Stephannie Adinde, Senior Innovation Associate

Stephannie Adinde is a Senior Innovation Associate in our Data & Advisory team. She is a Development economist who previously worked at a global consulting firm as a strategy consultant where she provided advisory services to public and private sector clients. Her experience ranges across different sectors including, Agriculture, Oil and gas, Telecommunications, Solid minerals and Capital markets. She is also an economics writer who has authored several papers pertaining to economic growth and development in Africa and beyond.

Ahunna Nwaogwugwu, Senior Growth Associate

Ahunna Nwaogwugwu is the Senior Growth Associate at Stears Data. She has experience leading tech sales and applying in-depth sales strategies to opportunity management. Her experience cuts across both the private and public sectors ranging from corporate sales management at Microsoft to credit advisory for the State of Illinois. She is passionate about client-focused selling and maintaining strong relationships.

Senami Zamba, Data Research Lead

Senami Zamba is the Data Research Lead at Stears Data. She has a range of career experience traversing global corporations, public sector and research at The Bartlett at University College London (UCL). She is an avid data advocate and has consulted on Data Protection Regulation both in Nigeria and the UK. As an MBA holder her recent work is around business intelligence and promoting a culture of data-driven decision making.

Olumide Durotoluwa, Data Associate

Olumide Durotoluwa is the Data Associate at Stears Data. He has experience providing advisory services for start-ups, with a focus on using data to identify market gaps and improve product positioning. He also has experience in building proprietary datasets using programmatic tools and modern data collection methods.
